This week, Katie Paine discussed how key influences may be used to present and support company products. Having a blogger try a product and write a review is a means to share content online. This is a way Apple has created such loyal customers. The company values the opinion of customers and those that are passionate about a certain product.

Paine introduced five ways to find top influencers:

1. Search for blogs that mention you or your marketplace most frequently
2. Verify that the blogs and bloggers are actually important
3. Measure final rank through Blog Grader and Twitalyzer scores.
