This last week, each student in my social media class was responsible for creating a YouTube video and sharing it online. I decided to teach the world how to properly cook a hard boiled egg. The funny thing about hard boiled eggs is they are sometime hard to cook. It's all about getting the whites and yolk to coagulate without creating a grey flesh near the yolk. If you see any grey, you know you overcooked your eggs.
I enjoyed this project because I like video editing. I enjoy taking a story and engaging an audience through sight and sound. I usually engage through written content and rarely infographics, but when video is involved, I geek out.
