Week 9 Reading

This week our social media class read the introduction to "Measure What Matters" written by Katie Paine. The preface and forward were about how well the author has done in the past with measuring relationships. It was like a testimonial as to how well the author has done her job. This adds credibility to her name and shows how other professionals trust her. Any information I will read, seems to be backed up by this opening section. I feel like I can trust her opinion and what we will learn with the chapters to come.
